3. Juni 2011, EM Qualifikationsspiel Deutschland gegen Österreich im Wiener Ernst-Happel-Stadion, live Protokoll und Höhepunkt vor der Sommerpause, also mal sehen. Minute 0. Anstoss: verpasst, war uninteressant. Im Vorfeld spielte die deutsche Frauennationalmannschaft Italien mit 5:0 an die Wand. Gut gemacht Mädels! Titel holen, versprochen? Zurück zu den Herren die heute hoffentlich besser spielen als zuletzt gegen Australien und Kasachstan, bei der Doppelblamage. 7 Minute. Gomez versemmelt eine 99%-ige Chance. Der nachfolgende Eckball bringt auch nichts ein, obwohl Podolski die Pille an die Latte hämmert. Aber geht gut los. 9 Minute. Chaos vor dem österreichischen Tor. Gegenangriff bringt nichts ein, die Abwehr zum ersten mal unter leichtem Druck. Es wird noch mal der Hammer von Podolski gezeigt. Doch Latte ist halt noch nicht drin. Die Aufstellung ist klassisch. Die Madrid Legionäre Özil und Khedira, Thomas Müller als hängende Spitze. Lahm ist weiter Kapitän, nachdem Michael Ballack diese Rolle nicht mehr inne hat, ganz egal wie man's nimmt. Aber vllt schafft er es zumindest noch mal in den Kader. Abwarten, doch zu wünschen wär es ihm dennoch. Elf Minuten vorbei. Es steht weiter Null zu Null. Österreich im Angriff, verpufft. 13 Minute. Sports Notes 11-06

Formula 1 in Turkey. Vettel souverän. Hamilton wird mit jedem Rennen gemeingefährlicher. Ein Beinahe-Crash in der Boxengasse mit Massa sprach neuerlich Bände. Button ist unumwunden der talentiertere McLallen Pilot. H becomes more and more outdated (er wird aussortiert), and as Nr 4 he has an abonnement being first loser as of. No more to take for him. Petrov agierte geringfügig überoptimistisch gegen Schumacher und hart über die Grenze hinaus, by accident can happen. Sports Notes 11-05

Next stop. There was one more thing about Rugby, meant to share. As there was to learn, there are various styles of the sports around, rules differ depending on the athletes. What could be, maybe, an idea, would be something like a goalkeeper, as getting the egg in the zone between the wood, with the goalie protected like hockey goalkeepers who only has to respond to the touch-style rule, although it still would be allowed to tackle the offender out of the zone. Seriously i don't know too much about rugby strategy and still wonder why kicks are rarely tried to gain some inches. Back to Formula 1, GP in Malaysia. German strength overrolls - well done boys. But a minor item caught attention one more time. Watching the qualifyings doesn't make any sense anymore. It became more than just extremely boring and then you have an idea after freepractice too much by coins driven obviously. Hamilton: of course, braked ahead of Alonso, sillily both, but Quick Nick did the job; H slides of tracks, closer to points lost than even Schumacher finishing ninth, although still he got a few. Vettel leaves more and more the impression being the the man to hunt for quite a while. Commercial breakdown.

Sports Notes 11-04

Spain needs a euro tournament urgently, football talking, not rugby or others. Just will they have to avoid rubbish excercises learned then, and maybe that way even UEFA is convinced once. So rather neartime-unexpected, isn't?! Cologne, personal favourite BL regarded, shall get Christoph Daum back for head of coaching zone. Feuding Uli Hoeness one more time must be goal of the whole town, really! Forget about his lines token, as long he changes pot smokes everything's fine again. Hennes had his best times meanwhile Daum, bad luck he became league champion with Stuttgart only. W Overath better has in mind. As we were talking about football, let's take the UK. Winning the euro championship once shall be their target. It's such a shame the motherland of the discipline has never done. But ok, maybe their relations transatlantic are too strong and they confuse rugby and the suckers still, hö hö! For the english it must be kind of a nightmare that even France is ahead of them in statistics. And by the ball still. Kraut speak: Deutschland blamierte sich mit 4:0 gegen Kazachstan in der EM-Qualifikation. Torwart Neuer musste über zehn mal eingreifen, das ist kläglich! So werden die nicht mal gegen die deutsche Frauennationalelf Europameister. Apropos versemmelte EM, Michael Ballack scheint raus aus dem Kader zu sein, was schade für seine Heimatstadt ist. Oder eine Schande für den Osten als Ganzes. Ballack muss sich irgendwo das Maul auf die falsche Art...

Competitive Pointers

Some unstructured thoughts worth mentioning on the world of sports. Bodytreatings for courts, everywhere when record hunts, golden cups or plates and other keep attracted millions, sometimes hundreds, funny such two or three only, too. So here we go, short-collection of comments not allowed to anybody else. Yankee kickoff. American football is the rugby variant meant for chickens not tough enough for the real sports. Australian rules rugby - we ain't shall call it football either - is way more interesting compared to the north american show matches. As of down under, they don't wear any protection, not to speak of helmets. Fields are funny, since designed oval as far as remembered from few watchings. With respect to the greenhorns style, it should be called american showbiz rugby, especially as they turn the major rule as they do everywhere; remember how it were them defining Pi, the numerus calculus, to be 4. If nature does not behave like they wanna dictate they burn the fields. But that's a different story in particular. By the egg clashed, rugby seems to be for the southern hemisphere what football is for the northern. That's what real men keep watching. It should go through a bit of an evolutional process i suppose, and maybe become more interesting for other people too. It is a little bit too hard of a sport, just a little bit. Boxing is no sports at all. It's an underworld theatre, nothing else. Icehockey is a sports, just should they stop their similar brutal events...

Formula Outcome

Pit stint. The final formula 1 grand prix of the season saw a more or less boring race, however the takeover of german sports from their spanish comerades. As them have had won so many this year especially germans felt a little bit justice - maybe. Spaniards in the racer circuits understriked their abilities of being big champs, not Camps! That's why, one remark on facts pensinsula by later. Few such from the emperor's office shall not miss, as far as the major discipline in motorsports is concerned; even if the now youngest champion of all times is a german again, after a bse-infected clone had stolen the statistics title few years ago. Britains may not like it, what some of them might call their main horse in stable seems to be the only one who has no fans in between the real such. Yes yes, that's how it must be, and then it's clear we're not talking about Jenson Button when tied to this issue. To be honest aren't there anyway too many races to report on, as there was a lack of time to watch them like all those years ago, when with a friendcouple almost every sunday was sushi time :-) Yes really, and we ate the first one right on with the turn to green lights. Sometimes it even helped for our favourite. No seriously, there's was competition this year, a bit of unexpected one, with the end heading forward what formula one races meant two decades lasting. It's still hard to predict when the legend of them will let them staying and look like little boys again, for sure he...

Scandal on FIFA

Aftermatch of the Football Championship. Brasil did not win, european countrys were better instead, and just so much on the title; everything else would have been a bad joke, but nevermind, important for invitation of coursely. However then and the ball was a round, the nineteenth edition of the football world championship left the world stunned, with a champion nobody really had as bet favourite, who never had won before. We're proud of them, be sure about. Honour to whom deserves it, let's review a bit the history just written and to backup for later generations, in political correctness lessons tried. Berlsuconi always does the rest and fans are sick of him as boss of a milan club he has stolen like everything else. France, it could be said what a pity, although it's not really a surprise, brillant individualists don't form a big team necessarily. Few beyond.
